According to HUD, an estimated 12 million renter and homeowner households now pay more than 50% of their annual incomes for housing. If a family pays more than 30% of their income for housing, it is considered a cost burden. We can help you reduce this cost burden or get access to a permanent house by advocating on your behalf to the appropriate agencies. We will be exploring all of the housing opportunities administered by the Office of Affordable Housing. Among them include:

• Housing Trust Fund

• Mortgage Assistance

• We work with agency partners and facilitate  Homelessness Assistance for housing, youth, veterans, or chronically homeless

• Get Housing Assistance on renting, buying, or owning

• We  help for victims of foreclosure 

• We facilitate HOME Grantees
