The Edward and Zora Moses are named for the visionary couple who founded Orpe Human Rights Advocates in 2015 with a promise of " defending the interests of poor, distressed, and underprivileged people" who cannot assert their own fundamental rights. Through this mission, they adopted an approach of “serving people wherever our charitable services are needed and do whatever comes to hand” to serve people in need.
